Berlin, 31 December 1929. The lives of the American writer Robert Whitman and the Irish writer Ruby Quinn intersect in a nightclub in the city, a very lively and transgressive Berlin, which is unaware of finding itself on the edge of a tremendous abyss with the rise of the Nazi Party. In this latest production by the Trieste Musical Company, a fiery cast of 14 performers act, sing and dance accompanied live by the 6 musicians of the TMC Ensemble directed by Davide Coppola. Directed by Michele Amodeo, choreography by Giulia Cechet, costumes and artistic direction by Aliki Pappas.
